Great idea. I never thought of that when I gave my response because I
already had the video editing program and the ability to convert VHS to
digital, but those VHS to DVD recorders do a pretty good job, and you end up
with a DVD that can be used as source code in the event you want to do any
editing at a later date. I've seen those VHS-DVD recorders for less than
$150.
