Which brings me to another recruitment question; how would you (or how
did you) handle a situation when you've got one firm job offer under
your belt, but you're hoping for another?
Contact the employer you really want to work for and let them know a)
you REALLY want to work for them, but b) you have another offer, and
cannot afford to turn it down if the first employer is not prepared to
make you an offer ASAP.
