Hello All:
I have been asked to write a compliance document for the upcoming daylight savings time changes, as one of our customers has requested it. This is a new genre for me, so I am unaware of even the basics, such as format. No one in house could provide guidance, although Y2K was thrown out as a topic example. A preliminary google search didn't provide much. Does anyone have experience with these documents?
Thanks.
Michelle
