Whether or not we are publishing your work, all written materialâexcept
instructional materials, which are reviewed by instructional development editors
in Undergraduate Programs and the Graduate Schoolâmust be sent to the Office
of Publications for editorial review. This includes copy not only for lengthy
or published documents but for short pieces such as flyers, forms, and some
correspondence. Only individual correspondence (a letter to be mailed to only
one person) is exempt. Please allow at least five days for the review
process (longer, more complex documents may take more time).
Materials published on the Web (except instructional materials) also go
through Publications for editing.
