I went there, looked at the Table of Contents.
My special interest was in the LAST section - Proofreader's Marks.
Lo, and behold, this is what I found [section called 'Editorial Review']. I wonder who their Copyeditor was, to miss this??
Ya, I found a 404, too. The website (Web site) needs updating.
