When I read "double-tap", my first thought was the same as Milan's:
"Double-tap, center of mass; scan for next target."
... and I don't own a gun... or a first-person-shooter game.
I would expect that most people would have no problem
with "double-tap" in context, and I don't either despite
the brief smirk it elicited. But as we all know, some
people live to find offense, and will extract it from
the most innocuous or out-of-context places.
So then, what matters is whether your company cares about
what those people might think/say/do.
