Both you and Dori call this person an editor, but I would call the
position desktop publisher. Now, a DTP may edit, and an editor may
DTP, but they are different subtasks, aren't they?
I was trying to stay consistent with Dori's terminology to avoid confusion. However, in real life (at least in my experience), it's hard enough to persuade management to hire one person--there's no chance of getting two. So you find someone with both skill sets. And maybe that person is the company's webmaster, too ;-)
