field level help with TOC

I am attempting to display a field-level help window that also 
displays the TOC. Right now, the user can click field level help, view 
the popup help in a window, and then click "Show" to view the TOC. 
However, the user cannot click Back.

The Business users have requested that the field-level help (which 
displays through javascript and a MAP ID) display the topic in the 
rightnav and the TOC in the leftnav.
