Subject:term need: regarding software development From:"Donna Barbieri" <barbieri_dj -at- hotmail -dot- com> To:techwr-l -at- lists -dot- techwr-l -dot- com Date:Mon, 12 Feb 2007 16:54:12 -0500
We are having trouble coming to agreement on the correct term to describe
software & Help systems that are built with future expansion in mind. That
is, software that is NOT built for one-time release but that is built to
allow for any modification, enhancements, & future developments without
requiring the need for an entirely new architecture and core.
Current term in use: Extensible (this beat out expandable and agile)
I feel there is a specific term for this, but I just cannot think of
it...anyone have it?
Thanks in advance!
