RoboHelp X5 and Firefox 2.0.0.4

Does anyone else have problems viewing RoboHelp X5's published WebHelp
via Firefox 2.0.0.4?

 

I have no problems seeing my work using IE.

 

Seeing my work using Firefox is now slow and painful. The circle won't
stop spinning.

 

I'd tried using FlashHelp, and that looks great with Firefox. But I've
been told some of our customers don't use Flash and won't know what it
is, so that's probably out.

 

Any suggestions?
