Craig, the merged WebHelp I have created looks fine in Firefox, as well
as in Opera, and Netscape.
I have version 1.5.0.8 though, not 2.0.0.4 on my work laptop. Do you
want me to try it with the version you have? I think there were some
additional security features added in v2.

I have no problems seeing my work using IE.
Seeing my work using Firefox is now slow and painful. The circle won't
stop spinning.
I'd tried using FlashHelp, and that looks great with Firefox. But I've
been told some of our customers don't use Flash and won't know what it
is, so that's probably out.
