Probably you should describe what you want to do, and what you need to
deliver and then find which the best tools are to do it. Whether you
already own Frame and WebWorks or anything else can also be a factor.
FrameMaker seems to continue to be popular. Although some time ago,
people seemed concerned whether Adobe would continue to develop Frame,
relese of version 8 shows that there is nothing to worry about.
ePublisher Pro is the replacement for WebWorks but it has been around
for quite a long time already and is being used by lots of people.
