Review documents and approved documents are posted as pdf files.
Anybody can mark their comments/questions and deliver the markup to me for revision.
Before I make revisions the request is logged in the database, and the request is reviewed by the appropriate stakeholders before I act on it.
More than once this has avoided a knife-fight in the parking lot between people on different shifts who had different ideas about the way things should be done.
