Do you see anything funky when you Show spaces and paragraph marks?
Sometimes Word accommodates content by mulphing a page to a different size
-- it's infrequent, but it does happen. So that's why I suggest clicking the
paragraph mark button next to the Zoom text box and seeing what all's
lurking on that page. You might want to copy the content into a Notepad
document and delete the content of the page. Then plop the content (copy it
from Notepad) back onto the page and apply the appropriate styles. Just
might do the trick.
