I went to the website and downloaded the drivers zip file and the pdf instructions.
The instructions tell me to insert the CD that came with the hardware and get my drivers there. I suspect that there is a way to get the drivers from the zip file onto my laptop but I'm probably going to have to hire a geek to make the transfer.
Gnarf. I sure hope none of my end customers ever direct thoughts at me like the ones I'm now thinking about the writer(s) of these instructions. I guess it's a good thing to encounter this sort of "documentation" once in a while so that we keep those customers in mind.
