This is a site with a lot of helpful information about the camera whose
manuals I discussed. In my search for camera, I was looking for these
specifics:
- Over 7 megapixels
- Video capability not limited (except for memory card size)
- Easy for a beginner to get a handle on, but with enough features so that
that beginner can use it to learn to become more creative with photography
