One of the developers who used to work with me always referred to me as the
"technical scribe". He was a goofball, so I didn't mind it. However, I must
admit that if the developer who replaced him called me a scribe of any
kind...I would probably scribe dirty words on his forehead! :) As with
anything, it just depends on who says it and in what manner.
