Thanks for taking the time to reply.
I've looked at DEXter on the Editorium site and the tool looks great for
managing large indexes, but don't see an option that creates hyper
links, similar to Word's TOC feature. Am I missing it somewhere?
What I'm looking for a a tool that will create hyperlinks from the Word
index so that when I convert to PDF, users can click the index page
entry and go to that page. I don't see this feature in DEXter.
