We need to be exothermic because sometimes part of our job as Lone/Sr.
TW is to hold Management's feet to the fire.

Job protection 101:  bring in a consultant for that task.  The more
Management pays for the advice and the farther the consultant travelled
to give it, the more weight it will be given.
