templates for doc plans/statement of work/

Hi, I'm looking for some sample  templates/guidelines for
documentation plan, design documents, documentation proposal, etc.

I found some excellent-looking templates on the klariti site.

All of these cost money. I was wondering if anyone could recommend
other sources. Maybe online examples or maybe a book containing
similar templates.

I'm not averse to spending money, but I want to make sure I know about
all the available options. Also, I'd prefer to have access to
something I can cut and paste  (the Klariti templates are Ms word).
