When the graphics are in Word they may have been resized, so copying
them into PaintShop Pro might not always be helpful.
My recomendation is to save the Word file as html (using Save As).
The graphics are then extracted from the Word file as separate graphic files.
You generally get 2 files for each one, possibly a png and a jpeg (I
find the png is often of a better quality).
I then import them by reference into FrameMaker and get good results.
