Sometimes, leaving can end up being the only "solution"
for a dysfunctional organization if your situation has
been one in which you have loads of responsibility but
no authority.  The question you have to ask yourself is
whether you really have no authority, or if you have it
and have simply failed to make effective use of it.  Only
if the answer is the former can moving on be of help;
otherwise, no matter where you go, there you are.
