So the problem isn't Word, it's the program you're trying to import
into. Just because something works consistently in Word, doesn't mean
that some other program won't muck it up.

That depends on your users. My users prefer to have numbers. I can't
imagine telling them, "You don't need numbers," when what I really mean
is, "I don't know how to give you numbers."
