Bad documentation of documentation tools has been,
at least for me, a longtime "cobbler's children have
holes in their shoes" bit or irony. I've never found
FrameMaker printed docs to be of much use, though
I can generally figure out what I need to know from
the help. RH has had really awful online help ever
since the BlueSky days. And don't even get me
started on what happens when you hit "Help" in
Adobe Acrobat...
