"What is more important to a web presence quality or marketability?
Successful writing is not about the writer or the content, it is about
writing what the reader wants. It doesn't matter if the reader wants poor
quality, the reader is the customer and the customer is always right."
Successful writers look to the long term, and that means high quality
writing. The problem is not that the readers want poor quality, its that the
writers and the Helium's CEO are lazy. Ihave yet to meet a reader that
"wants" poor quality writing. AND...the customer is not always right. That
is an old, outdated marketing cliché. The customer can be wrong. A good
salesperson who understands this also knows how to show the customer what is
right without denigrating him/her.
