Well, I still don't know what happens outside our company, but my
cubicle is in a corner, and every time I go anywhere, I have to walk
past the desk of one of our Customer Support guys. I swear this guy
keeps my WebHelp open on his desktop and is actually USING it half the
time. As in, he's talking to a customer and he's got a page open that
he's quoting from, and there are highlighted terms that he's searched.
Be still, my heart.
I swear he's not doing it just for show, to make me feel good about my
job. No, really..... :-)
