Acrobat 7 doesn't ship with PDF Writer (at least, I didn't think so).

Can you tell the steps you are using to create the PDF?

PDF Writer is an old, discontinued, non-PostScript method of creating
PDFs.

What version of Adobe Acrobat do you have?

What OS do you have?
