For RD fields, see <http://tinyurl.com/3o885k>. They're great for
maintaining separate chapters, which is useful when you're dealing with
conditional text.
Inexperienced users (in my experience!) have a wonderful talent for
mucking up styles and templates. But YMMV, and maybe the company will
let you lead a brief training session.
Doc-To-Help has been praised on TECHWR-L. But again, you're planning for
"not as skilled users," and the folks who praised Doc-To-Help were
experienced tech writers.
