Subject:How reliable is new Doc-To-Help 2008? From:Tim Mantyla <TimMantyla -at- nustep -dot- com> To:techwr-l -at- lists -dot- techwr-l -dot- com Date:Wed, 4 Jun 2008 15:00:56 -0400
I still use D2H 2007 because of the many crashes and other problems I saw
posted recently in these forums w/ version 2008. I didn't want new
software problems, as well as extra time learning the new interface, to
tangle up my work.
My sales rep suggested waiting till mid-May to allow time to work out
software issues. He now says the new build is very stable.
Does anyone have problems with the new version?
What kinds of problems, how severe?
How does 2008 compare with 2007 latest build, 2007.3.0.377?
What was your learning time to adapt to the new interface?
Thanks,
Tim Mantyla
