I think it's someone who's invested in an e-book entitled "get rich on the
Internet!!!" and has hired people from elance to write SEO articles for a
few dollars each, and is hoping to generate enough page views and possibly
ad clicks from aspiring writers so that he can retire from his day job.
(I've seen postings for both the e-books and the articles when I was using
elance as a way to get quickie freelance jobs).
