Subject:Re: Coworker who won't take no for an answer From:"Dave Kerschbaum" <dave -at- smackdabdesign -dot- com> To:"Blount, Patricia A" <Patricia -dot- Blount -at- ca -dot- com> Date:Tue, 29 Jul 2008 10:04:29 -0400
My suggestion would be to tell him that you are uncomfortable with his
revisiting the topic, that you gave your answer, and that you would prefer
all discussions from this point on to be about work. But then again, it
sounds like he just might not get that, either.
Of course, you could record a log of each time he brings it up, along with
your response, and then bring it to HR's attention. But I don't know what
effect that might have on your project.
Good luck. I wish there were a sure-fire answer that I could think of. It
sure sounds maddening.
