When you pick the sentence apart (as if to diagram it), you see that you're
modifying "computer" with both a prepositional phrase -- "in your network"
-- and a dependent clause -- "that meets requirements". The closer the
phrase is to what it modifies, the better it sounds. When you push the
phrase out past the clause, your ear isn't really sure whether the phrase
goes with the noun in the main part of the sentence - "computer" - or the
noun in the clause - "network". So B would be the better choice.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it. <g>
