Thanks Dennis. No apology is necessary (if you on-topic, as you are). I
am glad to know that there is such a tool.

When I've used callouts in the past, I've anchored my map lines to the
graphic or grouped graphics and callouts so that everything can shift in
unison. Granted callouts are mapped (by lines) to particular points in
an image, how does one anchor the graphic end of the line to the graphic
when the graphic is swapped?

Leonard

Hello,

LCP> have to swap out several screenshots when a dialog changes. With
text
LCP> call-outs (like the ones illustrated in this thread), you have to
LCP> capture a new screenshot and redraw (or at least remap) all of your
LCP> callouts when a dialog changes.

I hesitate to directly promote our tool here but I have to tell that
Dr.Explain ( http://www.drexplain.com/helpv2/main-window.php ) allows
to replace just a screenshot picture and to keep all the callouts with
texts and positions. So you must just to add the new labels or to
adjust existing ones if required.

DISCLAIMER: I work for the above tool company, so consider my words
with a portion of skepticism. :-)

Sincerely yours,
Dennis Y. Crane
