TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
I'm working on a case for a client to integrate their printed documentation
content into their help project and generate multiple outputs. One of the
things they are asking for is examples of other companies out there who are
using RoboHelp or another authoring tool the same way. Do any of you do this
and if so, can you provide generic information such as what types of output
you generate, etc?
If you don't want to respond to the list, please email me directly at

Thanks for your help!
