RE: Alternative to floppy

All of our customers have access to USB ports. We sell them the server;
it has USB ports. The manual has a picture that shows where the USB
ports are.

If any of our customers don't have access to a $5 USB memory stick,
we'll send them a complimentary one. We want to encourage them to back
up these files.
