So you've concluded that (a) the majority of our customers don't back up
their configuration files, and (b) the ones who back them up don't do it
according to the instructions that we provide.
Just out of curiosity: How many customers does my company have, what's
their general level of technical knowledge, how closely are they in
touch with us, and what kind of feedback do they give us about our
documentation?
