That is odd. It sounds like a possible bug in Frame, though I'm not
aware of anything like this. Can you display the image properties (i.e.
the size and scaling) in PSP after you save the graphic as GIF? That
might help pin down whether the problem is in the file itself or in Frame.
You could try saving as PNG instead of GIF. PNG is a newer format. It
was designed to do everything that GIF could do, but without the
perceived licensing problems that GIF had at the time.
If you really want to stick with GIF you could also try doing the
conversion using another tool, such as PAINT.NET or IrfanView. I'm sure
you'd rather use the tool you already have, but it would be a good
experiment. If Frame has the same problem with GIFs produced by other
tools, you know it's a Frame problem. If GIFs saved by PAINT.NET work
fine, it points the finger at PSP, but at least you have a workaround.
