Subject: Christmas Surprise--Company Closed for 2 Weeks
I started a W2 contracting job a few months ago. The agency is out of
state, but the job is local. At that time, I was given a list of
holidays, etc.
Now, I got a little surprise--I found out the company shuts down for 2
weeks during Christmas.I'm so frustrated since I only figured
(financially) on 3 days.
I know there's not much I can do about it, but I am pretty upset with
the agency for waiting so long to tell me and not revealing this
upfront.
