Then please, please, PLEASE open a dialogue with Mike and others at
Madcap directly to discuss this issue in painstaking detail so that
they understand what you're asking them to do. Techwr-L is NOT proper
vehicle for your crusade. Take it off-list NOW and stop wasting our
time. We can do nothing to fix this. You need to talk to Madcap, not
us.
