You know, this could be a fairly handy code.
I'm an exceptionally direct person. I don't know if it comes from growing up in North Dakota or what, but I have a terrible time being indirect. Some people like it; some have a hard time with it. My 360 reviews are always all over the place: "Love that straight-forward style." "Too blunt."
This would be a job I would struggle with. I'd just as soon know that before applying. I'm always willing to embrace a challenge, but I'd probably want to send myself to a cultural immersion program before showing up for work.
