Subject: Terms & Conditions
Hi All,
I need to draw up a Terms & Conditions document for a potential overseas
client.
I've never done this before. In the past, I've had a rather informal
relationship with my overseas clients. I sent a price quote, they sent a
PO, I did the work, they paid me.
Could someone point me to any links, or give some tips on what to be
sure I DO include in such a document?
