Re: Terms & Conditions
Here is a website that deals in templates:
http://www.templatemonster.com/terms.php
This page in particular features a template for Terms& Conditions.
It's probably a good place to start.

Subject: Terms& Conditions
Hi All,
I need to draw up a Terms& Conditions document for a potential overseas
client.
I've never done this before. In the past, I've had a rather informal
relationship with my overseas clients. I sent a price quote, they sent a
PO, I did the work, they paid me.
Could someone point me to any links, or give some tips on what to be
sure I DO include in such a document?
Thanks!
Deborah
