Do you not think that a reader looking at the flowchart in your PDF will change the 'zoom percentage' if they are unable to read what they need to read?

Hello, techwhirlers,
Before I spend too long surfing on this, I was wondering if you knew of any tools, or had a general approach to recommend, to cause a popup to appear in a (FrameMaker-sourced) PDF if the viewer has the zoom set to less than 100%?
I have a bunch of flowcharts that all print fine from PDF, but that look rather fuzzy when viewed at too small a zoom value. So one idea is to have a popup appear when the reader views the given pages at any zoom less than 100%.
