I take it you've already set the Initial View property to full-width,
or 100%? You can even set a bookmark to open that specific page at a
higher zoom percentage.
Of course, it won't work if the user merely scrolls down to that page
number, but at least it provides some aspect of what TPTB wants.
The only other way to change the page zoom would be to use javascript,
which Adobe has just advised we disable in order to prevent trojan
horse hijacking.
