"Little people" really do exist everywhere. I model my method for
dealing with this situation after Michael Douglas' character in The
American President: "...was so busy keeping my job I forgot to do my
job. Well, that ends right now."

I feel for those who deal with condescending superiors and peers.
However, I also know that the victory always goes those who fight
these attacks by showing up, introducing cost savings and
efficiencies, and generating revenue.

"Be excellent at what is good; be innocent of evil". Some dude in the bible.
