There are some who just will not listen - true. Today. But maybe, if we can come up with real, usable metrics, and we start spreading them around, maybe some day the situation will change. If can get a ball rolling, perhaps in the future people will listen because they leaned in school that there are ways of putting a dollar value on how documentation in affects the P/L statement.

I can dream, can't I?
