what the manager wants it to be...sometimes very different
I'm OK with that and I understand why both answers, though different,
can be true at the same time. In fact, that probably shows a greater
depth of understanding because it isn't knowing what the answer is,
but WHY the answer is, and why is always harder to know than what. Why
gives you the ability to know When and When Not.
