Many years ago, I used an outlining tool that made life much
easier...it made creation of hierarchical lists simple, including
notes about each item if I wished and the ability to move entire
groups of items at a single time. Because it could be easily
collapsed, too, I could have as much or as little detail showing as I
wished at the time.
An interesting and free online tool has many of these benefits,
without the numbering and lettering part that was somewhat overkill
anyway.
You might find it worth your while, as it seems in line with the way
many of us think.
