Re: Word 2007 - Character Styles: How do I clear a single instance?

1. What's the Style Inspector?
2. I need help with my styles in W 2007. Specifically, what is a good book
on 2007 (for a fairly sophisticated user) and how working from a system
version can affect what I do.

Background
 I'm used to having a full set of styles (template based), and have adopted
the practice of saving my template as a style set and then importing it.

 But I've been having a lot of problems keeping my para and char styles
since 2007 was installed. For example, the styles keep disappearing out of
the style sets. I'm working from a system version, not from a local install,
and I'm wondering if that has anything to do with my problems.
