Tx and Rx are well established and virtually standard abbreviations of transmit and receive. There is no issue with using those terms in most contexts.
I have also seen "thruput" used (and maybe even used it myself a time or two...). I have never, ever seem "t'put", "thr.put" (that one looks like some odd URL), "thr put", or "th put" used in any document I have ever read and I hope I never do.
